2.1 About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of sanketjiwane.com and to any consultation, digital product, newsletter or other service offered through it. The Site is run by Sanket Jiwane, an individual based in Pune, Maharashtra, India [PLACEHOLDER: trade name / GSTIN, if any]. By using the Site or buying anything from it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to buy services or products.

2.3 Services offered

  • 1:1 consulting calls: 30-minute Quick Q&A (₹1,999) and 60-minute Farm or Agri-Business Review (₹4,999), held online.
  • Digital products: Leafy Greens Hydroponics Guide (India) (PDF plus Excel cost sheet, ₹299), Hydroponic Farm Setup Guide (PDF, ₹999), Farm Cost & ROI Calculator (Excel, ₹1,499), and the bundle of both (₹1,999).
  • Newsletter: free email newsletter via Beehiiv.
  • Speaking and mentoring: by separate agreement after an enquiry.

2.4 Payment

  • At launch: payment is by UPI to the UPI ID or QR code shown on the Site. Please send the payment screenshot to [PLACEHOLDER: email / WhatsApp] as instructed. Your order or booking is confirmed only when I've verified receipt of the payment.
  • Later: online checkout through Razorpay. Razorpay's terms and privacy policy will also apply to those payments.
  • Never share your UPI PIN, OTP or passwords with anyone, including me. I will never ask for them.

2.5 Consulting calls

  • After payment is verified, you'll receive a Calendly link to book a slot. Calendly's terms apply to its booking tool.
  • Calls are held online by video. Please join on time; the call ends at its scheduled time even if you join late.
  • Advice is based on the information you give me. You're responsible for the accuracy of that information and for your own decisions.
  • Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds follow the Refund & Reschedule Policy.
  • Calls are not recorded unless we both agree at the start of the call.
  • Confidentiality: I will keep the business information you share confidential and use it only to advise you, except where disclosure is required by law. [PLACEHOLDER: NDA position]

2.6 Digital products and licence

  • Digital products are delivered by email to the address you give, usually within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 24 working hours] of payment verification. Please check your spam folder.
  • When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself or a single business. You may print and adapt them for your own planning.
  • You may not resell, share publicly, upload, redistribute or claim the content as your own.
  • All content remains the property of Sanket Jiwane.

2.7 Newsletter

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Some newsletter links may be affiliate links; see the Disclaimer.

2.8 Intellectual property

All text, graphics, guides, calculators, logos and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Sanket Jiwane and protected by Indian copyright and other laws. You may share links to the Site and quote short extracts with credit. Any other use needs my written permission.

2.9 Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempts to hack, overload or scrape it, no uploading of harmful code, and no false or misleading information in forms or bookings.

2.10 Third-party links and services

The Site links to and uses third-party services (for example Calendly, Beehiiv, Razorpay and affiliate partners). I'm not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

2.11 No guarantee of results

All content and advice is general and educational. Farming results depend on many things outside my control (weather, market prices, water, power, execution and more). I do not guarantee any yield, income, return on investment, subsidy approval or other outcome. See the Disclaimer.

2.12 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profit, crop or investment) arising from use of the Site, advice, or products. My total liability for any claim relating to a service or product is limited to the amount you paid for it. 2.15 Governing law and disputes
