Refund & Reschedule Policy

I want every call and product to be worth your money. Here's how rescheduling and refunds work. Refunds are made to the original UPI account (or to the original payment method once Razorpay is live).

3.1 Consulting calls (30-min ₹1,999 and 60-min ₹4,999)

• Reschedule: You can reschedule once, free, if you tell me at least 24 hours before the call.
• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the call: full refund within 7 working days.
• Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the call: 50% refund, or a free reschedule.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the call, or no-show: no refund. One reschedule may be offered at my discretion.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule: you choose a new slot or a full refund.
• Not happy? If you feel the call didn't help, write within 48 hours and we'll make it right, whether with a follow-up session or a partial refund.
• Unbooked payments: If you pay but don't book a slot within 30 days, write to me for a refund or an extension.
• Late joining: if you join late, the call still ends at its scheduled time; the time missed is not refunded.

3.2 Digital products (Leafy Greens Guide ₹299, Guide ₹999, Calculator ₹1,499, Bundle ₹1,999)

• Because these are digital files delivered by email, sales are final once the files are delivered.
• If a file is damaged, missing or won't open, write within 7 days of delivery and I'll replace it.
• If you don't receive your files within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 2 working days] of payment confirmation, write to me; if I can't deliver, you'll get a full refund.
• If you paid twice by mistake, the extra payment will be refunded.

3.3 How to ask for a refund or reschedule

3.4 Speaking and mentoring

Fees, cancellation and refund terms for speaking engagements and mentoring programmes are agreed separately in writing for each engagement.
