What is your reschedule and refund policy?
  • Reschedule: free reschedule once, if you tell us at least 24 hours before the call.
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the call: full refund to the original UPI account within 7 working days.
  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the call: 50% refund, or a free reschedule.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: no refund; one reschedule may be offered at my discretion.
  • If I need to cancel or reschedule: you choose a new slot or a full refund.
  • Not happy? If you feel the call didn't help, write within 48 hours and we'll make it right, whether with a follow-up session or a partial refund.
  • Unbooked payments: if you pay but don't book a slot within 30 days, write to us for a refund or extension.
